Holding On to Time

I began "Holding On to Time" as a warm-up for my trip to France to teach my workshop. However, I didn't finish it before my trip and finally did! It was a lot more complicated than I thought it would be! The perspective in looking up at something is very tricky and took lots of correcting along the way. This is a beautiful clock at the train station in Nice, France, from a trip I took around 25 years ago and I've thought about painting it for that long!

The painting comes in a beautiful frame, but may be purchased unframed, also.
