I did this painting with its awesome shape of the foliage during my last two weeks in Rocky Mountain National Park. I couldn't resist the sweeping branch that sways off to the left! I had to "edit out," as they call it in artist language, most of the distracting background, which was just a jumble of trees, branches and leaves going everywhere, to simplify it down so that the yellow foliage of this tree would spring forward. I'm happy with the way it turned out! The price includes a nice frame, but it may be purchased unframed as a standard 8 x 10, also. Contact me for details if you want it unframed.
