Rocky Road

I had so much fun painting this down by the river in Tuxedo Park, Rocky Mountain National Park. It was around 6 p.m. and the light was incredible. I was practicing pastels and I was really happy with the way this one turned out. Pastels are well-suited to water and cascades softness and I love it.

The price includes a beautiful wood frame, and it may be sold unframed, but it is not a standard size for a readymade frame.
