Over the Hill

When I saw these cows on top of a hill of bluebonnets, it stopped me in my tracks! I took the liberty of adding a sunset sky (from a photo I took in Colorado), hoping it would make their being on top of the hill next to the sky even more dramatic. I was able to use the orange of the sky color in the Indian paintbrush and hopefully tie it all together. Next time I need to do a larger painting or buy smaller brushes for the cows!
