Winter Splendor

I just completed this as one of my snow covered pine series I'm working on. I'm always glad to find such great subject matter for the challenge of painting these trees, and I hit the jackpot in March on my trip to Rocky Mountain National Park! I also love it when the light is coming from behind, and I pushed that quite a bit in this painting.
