Palo Duro Canyon in Canyon, TX, has become one of my favorite places to paint. This view had a tank to the left of the windmill, but I took it out because it was too large and was a distraction. I took the photo I painted from at sunset, added the path to take you back through the scene, and edited out the tank - but it's still the same scene. I also had to "regroup" the bushes, because they were too scattered.
