"Welcoming Fall Near Lily Lake"

Lily Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park is one of my favorite places to paint. Although I couldn't see the lake from my vantage point (it's just to the right), the golden aspens along this trail with the mountains behind were just spectacular in late September! The peak to the far right is Long's Peak, which appears in many of my paintings.
