"Wandering Through Aspens"

I painted this as my watercolor class demonstration of aspens on the trail to Copeland Falls in Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. The major purpose here was to show a lot of depth in the landscape - starting in the back with the "misty" trees and working forward with the more distinct and warmer tones.
