"The Edge of Spring at Long's Peak"

I can never get tired of painting the well-known Long's Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park, because it has such a distinctive shape and looks different every time I see it in every different season and light. I did this in late May, while there was still a lot of snow on the mountains, but it was warm enough down below to paint outdoors.
