I started this on location and had to quit after I got it blocked in because I was freezing. This fair weather painter couldn't take the cold. This was one of the most spectacular scenes I saw that day in Rocky Mountain National Park, so I had to give it a try! I did have to put finishing touches on it back in the studio.
