When I looked up in this magnificent cathedral in Barcelona, I knew I had to paint what I saw. I painted this from the photograph I took and to this day, I'm not sure I was supposed to have a camera in there! It took quite a while to paint, and I was after the effect of the light streaming in the window. This painting was chosen for the Southwestern Watercolor Society Exhibition in 2004.
