"Looking In and Beyond"

I painted this in the studio from a photo I took at Mission San Jose in San Antonio, TX in April. I painted it on Arches 300 lb. paper and tried to use a very limited palette, mainly of raw sienna, cobalt blue, burnt sienna, cadmium orange. Quite a challenge this was, but very fun.
