"Hotel de Ville"

I did this watercolor looking up at the top floor of Hotel de Ville when the afternoon shadows were perfect - I was so excited when I saw this hotel because I'd always heard of "Hotel de Ville." A few days later I found that almost EVERY town in France had a Hotel de Ville!
