"Garden of the Gods"

People had always asked me if I'd been to Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, and now I know why! I went there on the way back from the Estes Park Plein Air in August, and this first scene I saw stopped me in my tracks! The light was behind this formation, just catching the edges of it. Obviously, I had to stop and paint it before I could go any farther!
