"Fall River Magic"

This is one of my favorite waterfalls right inside the Aspenglen Campground entrance in Rocky Mtn. National Park. I had to position myself out of the way of the horse path. Because of the sound of the waterfall, I never could hear the horses coming and they would really startle me when they came up right behind me! This is a complicated waterfall, and I tried to choose only a part of it to paint. This was painted in the afternoon about 2:00, when the sun was starting to backlight the waterfall and the little purple wildflowers. It was a beautiful sight!
