"Evening Storm"

I painted this from one of the many photos I took out of our hotel window in Cannon Beach, Oregon, on a recent trip for my show at Silver Heron Gallery. This is a storm coming up behind the well-known "Haystack Rock." I loved the way the dark clouds were overtaking the white clouds and wanted to capture that in a painting. It had to be a large one,too!
