"Ebb and Flow"

This watercolor was painted from a viewpoint looking down at a beautiful Oregon coast scene in Ecola State Park near Cannon Beach. I painted it on 300 pound Arched watercolor paper and used no masking fluid - I just painted around all the whites, so all the waves and foam are the white of the paper. That's the way I like to do it!
