One of my favorite places to paint in Rocky Mountain National Park is Moraine Park. Although I didn't do this plein air, I had just finished a painting and caught this scene as I was driving back. I've found that the light changes so quickly here in the afternoon, that if I don't take a photo right that minute, the light changes and won't ever be just like that again. This was one of those times!
